01 Introduction

Welcome to ggpnalo. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ggpnalo ("ggpnalo", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the ggpnalo online casino and sports betting platform, accessible at ggpnalo.net and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

ggpnalo operates under a valid license issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR), the government-authorized body responsible for regulating all forms of online gaming in the Philippines. Our operations are fully compliant with applicable Philippine laws and PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

03 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on ggpnalo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.

ggpnalo reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information to circumvent eligibility requirements is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential referral to the relevant authorities.

04 Account Registration

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ggpnalo Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether using the same identity, different identities, or in conjunction with other persons — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances.

4.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. ggpnalo is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify this information.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

Before processing your first withdrawal, ggpnalo will require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You will be asked to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, or driver's license), proof of address, and any other documentation reasonably required by ggpnalo or mandated by PAGCOR. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time will result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ggpnalo login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify ggpnalo support immediately. ggpnalo will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorized account access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ggpnalo Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). ggpnalo supports the following payment methods for Filipino players: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, and InstaPay interbank transfers.

5.1 Deposits

Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed in the Platform's cashier section and may vary by payment method. Deposits are generally credited to your ggpnalo account balance immediately or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. ggpnalo does not accept deposits from third parties — all deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete. ggpnalo aims to process approved withdrawals within one (1) to three (3) business days, though actual receipt of funds is also subject to your payment provider's processing times. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. ggpnalo reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawal requests pending verification or fraud investigation.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering

In compliance with the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) and PAGCOR regulations, ggpnalo monitors all transactions for suspicious activity. ggpnalo is legally obligated to report transactions that meet reportable thresholds to the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC). Structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds is prohibited and may result in account suspension and referral to authorities.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

ggpnalo offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible players from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and sports betting offers. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

• Bonuses are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to the specified Wagering Requirement before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated in the promotion terms.
• ggpnalo reserves the right to reclaim any bonus credited in error.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until Wagering Requirements are fully met.
• ggpnalo reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided such changes do not unfairly affect ongoing wagering activity.
• Any Player found to be exploiting bonuses, engaging in bonus abuse, or participating in coordinated play to circumvent bonus terms will have their bonus forfeited and their account reviewed for potential suspension.

07 Gameplay Rules

Each game available on the ggpnalo Platform — including live casino tables, slot titles, sports betting markets, crash games, bingo, and Space Max — is governed by individual game rules that are accessible within the game interface. These game-specific rules form part of these Terms.

ggpnalo uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games, and live dealer games are operated by licensed game providers subject to independent auditing. In the event of a technical malfunction, game server error, or communication failure that affects the outcome or settlement of a game round, ggpnalo reserves the right to void the affected round and return all stakes to the Players involved. ggpnalo's determination in such cases is final.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ggpnalo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the relevant Philippine authorities:

• Creating or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Using automated bots, scripts, software, or any other technological means to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, including in live poker or live dealer environments.
• Using the Platform for any purpose related to money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or mathematical errors in any game to generate unintended winnings.
• Impersonating another person or submitting false identity documents during KYC verification.
• Attempting to access, probe, or compromise the Platform's security systems or infrastructure.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your ggpnalo account.
• Engaging in any conduct that harasses, abuses, or harms ggpnalo staff, other players, or third-party service providers.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the ggpnalo Platform — including but not limited to the ggpnalo brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and all associated intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to ggpnalo and is protected by Philippine intellectual property laws and applicable international treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, transmit, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of ggpnalo.

10 Privacy & Data Protection

ggpnalo collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

ggpnalo complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, game providers, and identity verification services where required by law or necessary for the operation of your account.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, ggpnalo's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

ggpnalo shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or anticipated savings, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Losses arising from interruptions to the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events including natural disasters, acts of government, telecommunications failures, or pandemics.
• Losses caused by unauthorized access to your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit ggpnalo's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine law.

12 Responsible Gaming

ggpnalo is firmly committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across all Filipino players on the Platform. Gambling is intended to be a form of entertainment and must never be viewed as a source of income or a way to resolve financial difficulties.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all registered Players at no cost:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits directly from your account dashboard.
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts and automatic session timeouts to manage the time you spend on the Platform.
• Loss Limits: Define maximum loss thresholds for defined time periods.

13 Account Suspension & Closure

ggpnalo reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable period.
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or fraudulent payment.
• Mandatory action required by PAGCOR, a court order, or other competent Philippine authority.
• Extended period of account inactivity (as defined in our inactivity policy published in the Platform's FAQ).

In the event of account closure for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, ggpnalo will return your verified real-money balance to you via your registered payment method after completing any required compliance checks. Bonus funds will not be returned in any circumstance.

14 Amendments to These Terms

ggpnalo reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ggpnalo will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. Minor amendments such as clarifications, typographical corrections, or updates required by regulatory changes may take effect immediately.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must close your account and withdraw your remaining balance before the effective date.

15 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute, claim, or matter arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines for the resolution of any dispute that cannot be resolved through ggpnalo's internal dispute resolution process. Where a dispute relates to PAGCOR-regulated gaming activities, the applicable PAGCOR dispute resolution procedures will apply as a first step before court proceedings are commenced.

ggpnalo's internal dispute resolution process requires Players to submit a written complaint to the support team. ggpnalo will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within seven (7) business days. If the outcome is unsatisfactory, the Player may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures.
